Privacy Policy

By using the Sites, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information as described herein. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Policy from time to time. The amended Policy will be effective upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Sites and/or services means you agree to the revised Policy and our use of your Personal Information in accordance with the revised Policy.

Personal Information and Other Information

“Personal Information” is information that relates to you as an identified or identifiable individual. During your use of the Sites, you may voluntarily share Personal Information about yourself in a number of ways. You may provide Personal Information such as your name, email address, birthday, phone number, or zip code to us when you fill out forms on the Sites (such as email signup or “Contact Us” forms) or otherwise when you communicate with us in writing, electronically, or by phone.

When you visit the Sites, we also collect technical and usage information that does not identify you personally (“Other Information”), including information about your computer and Internet connection such as the IP address of your computer and/or Internet service provider, the date and time you access the Sites, the Internet address of websites from which you linked to our Sites, the type of device, browser and operating system you are using, and your movements and preferences on our Sites.

In addition to the website, we may also leverage 3rd party Service Providers to collect and store customer data via various registration methods including Wi-Fi, Social Media or any other promotional advertising call to action (CTA) which includes the following:

  1. Contact information including name, email address, phone number, and street address.
  2. Demographic information such as gender and date of birth. You may choose not to provide such personal information, but there may be some services where demographic information is required to function properly.
  • Technical information such as device information (e.g., model, software, unique identifiers), geographic location data, and usage data (e.g., dates and times of service use, response to promotional messages). We may associate this information to other information we have collected from and about our customers

Cookies and Analytics

In order to personalize and enhance your experience on our Sites, we also may collect information through cookies. Cookies are small strings of text sent by our Sites to your browser and then stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. Our cookies allow us to not only personalize your experience on our Sites, make your visit more convenient, and understand how you and others are using our Sites so we can improve your experience on the Sites. These retargeting cookies allow us to serve you more relevant advertisements, but the information they share with us does not personally identify you. Use of Personal Information

We (and, when you provide Personal Information to a particular Center or its Site, such Center) may use Personal Information: (i) to contact you in response to your inquiries, comments and suggestions; (ii) for the specific purpose for which it was volunteered; (iii) to track visitors’ use of the Sites for internal research; (iv) to improve the Sites and the goods and services promoted or provided through the Sites or through other means; (v) to customize the content and/or layout of our Sites for each individual visitor; (vi) to ask for participation in surveys; to complete any purchases or other transactions you may perform through the Sites; (vii) to notify visitors about updates to the Sites or services; (viii) to notify visitors about promotions, special offers, etc.; or ) to identify usage trends and generate analytics data to help us improve the effectiveness of our communication and improve our services (ix) as required by law or regulation, or as requested by government authorities.

You may choose to opt out of receiving future marketing or promotional email messages by following the “unsubscribe,” “opt- out”, or similar link with instructions on how to remove yourself from the applicable email list. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving marketing or promotional emails from us, you may continue to receive non-promotional emails from us in response to your correspondence or in connection with any transactions you have entered into with us.

We may use Other Information, which does not identify you personally, for any reason we deem appropriate, including for purposes of administering, protecting and improving our Sites and systems, to better understand the preferences of our Site visitors, to identify server problems, to compile aggregated statistics about Site usage, and to help personalize your experience on our Sites. We and our service providers may use the IP address of your device to approximate your general physical location such as city and state for purposes such as providing information on local promotions and events.

Sharing Personal Information

We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties, or disclose your Personal Information to third parties (other than the applicable Center to which you submitted the information) for their marketing purposes.

We (and, when you provide Personal Information to a particular Center or its Site, such Center) may share Personal Information: (i) to affiliated companies to better serve your needs; (ii) to relevant service providers (such as customer support specialists, survey and other email campaign providers, etc.), who are only permitted to use the information to provide services to us or the applicable Center; (iii) as required by law or legal proceeding or to protect our or others’ legal rights; and (iv) in connection with an acquisition, merger, sale, or other transfer of all or any portion of the business.

We may share Other Information (which does not identify you personally) with any party for any purpose we deem appropriate.

California Residents

California law entitles California residents to certain additional protections regarding Personal Information. The contents of this section apply only to California residents and the Personal Information regarding them. For purposes of this section alone, “Personal Information” means any information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular California resident or household. For purposes of California law, we are typically the “service provider” as relates to your Personal Information collected on behalf of Centers. We do not use such Personal Information for our own purposes outside of our relationship with the applicable Centers.

California residents have the right to request:

  • information regarding their Personal Information we have collected (the categories of Personal Information we have collected, the source of such information, and how we have used such information);
  • a description of whether we have disclosed their Personal Information to third parties, and if so what categories of information we have disclosed, and what categories of third parties we have disclosed it to);
  • a copy of their Personal Information collected by us in the past 12 months; and
  • that their Personal Information be deleted.

To make such a request, please contact the applicable Center directly, or submit a request to use at https://www.burbanktowncenter.com/contact-us/. We may require verification of your identity before further processing your request. In certain instances, we may be permitted by law to decline some or all of such request. To the extent a verified request relates to Personal Information held by a Center, we will forward such request to such Center.

Confidentiality and Security

We treat Personal Information as confidential and recognize the importance of protecting access to it. We restrict access to Personal Information about you to only those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to guard your Personal Information. While our security measures are intended to protect your Personal Information, the complete security of any transmission over the public internet cannot be guaranteed.

Third Party Websites

This Policy does not govern, and we are not responsible for, the privacy, information security, or other practices of the Centers or any other third parties, including any third party operating any site or service to which the Sites link. The inclusion of a link on the Sites does not imply our endorsement of the linked site or service.

Children’s Data

The Sites are not directed at or intended to be used by children, and we will not intentionally collect or maintain Personal Information about anyone under the age of 13, except for information provided by the relevant parent(s) or guardian(s). If we discover that we have collected any other Personal Information about anyone under the age of 13, we will take reasonable steps to promptly delete such information from our systems.
